Prequalification Requirements:

A. Participants must submit pre-qualification documents with the following details:

1. The Company's Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years (2019, 2020, 2021) are expected to have been audited by a public accountant;

2. The company's experience in carrying out activities/events in the form of international-scale meetings/conferences for the last 5 (five) years. Experience can be conveyed in the following formats:

Procedure for Submission of Prequalification Documents

All prequalification documents above (according to Point 2 A) must be submitted to the PT SMI Procurement Team via email as follows:

Catatan	Participants who are late in submitting the Prequalification Documents (more than the time limit above), will be disqualified (will not be processed further).

 

Prequalification Results

The prequalification selection process is carried out by the PT SMI Procurement Team which will produce a Provider Panel List.
