Announcement of Shortlist for Procurement of Health Insurance Services for the Period of 2023

In connection with requests for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the Procurement of Inpatient Health Insurance Services (RI), Administration Service Only (ASO), For Outpatient (RJ) Maternity Care (RB) for the Period of 2023 (“Job "), hereby the Procurement Committee Team has completed the evaluation process of the special requirements documents for the Prequalification Stage and by first submitting the following points, that:

1. Deadline for submitting documents and vendor registration until verified status on PT SMI Vendor Portal on Friday, October 21, 2022.
2. As the Special Requirements Documents attached to all Prequalification Participants, here are some points that will be assessed:
   • Attach the Company's Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years and the Condition of the Financial Statements for the last 1 (one) year;
   • Data on the company's work experience in the field of Inpatient Insurance and ASO in the last 3 (three) years;
   • Completeness of other Administrative Documents, such as a statement of interest, a statement of the truth of the document and a letter of free conflict of interest.
3. Based on the criteria as referred to in number 2 (two), the Procurement Committee has determined 7 (seven) Participants with the best ranking to be included in the Shortlist which will then be invited to participate in the Request for Proposals (RfP) process.
