Announcement of Shortlist for Procurement of Office Renovations for PT SMI's 47 & 48th Floors

In connection with the request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the Procurement of the 47 & 48th Floor Office Renovation of PT SMI (“Job”), the Procurement Committee Team hereby has completed the evaluation process of the special requirements documents for the Prequalification Stage and by first submitting the following points, that:

1. The deadline for submitting documents and vendor registration until the status is verified on the PT SMI Vendor Portal on Friday, April 1, 2022

2. As the Special Requirements Documents are attached to all Prequalification Participants, here are some points that will be assessed:
a. The condition of the Company's Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years;
b. Statement of Account Statements for the last 3 (three) months;
c. Data The company's work experience in the field of Office Operational Support (Outsourcing) in the last 3 (three) years.
d. Completeness of other administrative documents, such as a statement of interest and a conflict-free letter of interest.

3. Based on the criteria as referred to in number 2 (two), the Procurement Committee has determined 5 (five) Participants with the best ranking to be included in the Shortlist which will then be invited to participate in the Request for Proposals (RfP) process.
