Assisting the Procurement Team in evaluating the non-technical and technical aspects of the proposals submitted by bidders that refer to the bidding documents, best practices, and other relevant; 2. Providing assistance to the Procurement Team during the procurement process until the contract is awarded, including if needed by the Procurement Team, helping to provide input or responses to questions submitted by the bidders during the clarification process and standstill period; 3. Accompany the Procurement Team when coordinating with stakeholders involved during the procurement process.
