Before joining PT SMI, he served for 10 years in several positions at PT Danareksa (Persero) and culminating in the position of Director at PT Danareksa Sekuritas. In addition, he had worked as Analyst at PT Penthasena Securities (1996-1999), PT Amstel Securities Indonesia (1995-1996), The Industrial Bank of Japan, Jakarta Branch (1993-1995) and as Audit Committee Member at PT Timah (Persero) Tbk. (2011-2012).

He was appointed as President Director of PT SMI since August 13th, 2019 pursuant to the Minister of Finance Decree No. 651/KMK.06/2019. Previously he was appointed as Director of PT SMI since August 19th, 2014 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 389/KMK.06/2014.

Before joining PT SMI, he served as Director at PT Independent Research & Advisory Indonesia (2008-2011), Lead Advisor for Policy Advisory Unit in the Ministry of Transportation under an AUSAID program (2009-2011), Infrastructure Specialist for the Asian Development Bank (Indonesia Resident Mission) (2007-2008), Guest Lecturer on Project Finance & Infrastructure Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Indonesia (2006-present), Programme Officer to the Committee Secretariat for Acceleration of Infrastructure Provision (KKPPI) for the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs (2005-2006), and Consultant to the World Bank for Infrastructure Program (2000-2005).

He was appointed as Director of PT SMI since August 19th, 2014 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 389/KMK.06/2014. He was reappointed as Director of PT SMI since August 13th, 2019 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 651/KMK.06/2019.

In addition, he also served as Temporarily Acting as Head of Corporate Secretary Division at PT SMI (2016-2017). Before joining PT SMI, he served as Head of Bureau of Directors, Corporate Secretary Division of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (February 2009-Juli 2009) and various other positions since 2004.

He was appointed as Director of PT SMI since July 9th, 2018 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 480/KMK.06/2018.

Gani obtained her Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from University of Indonesia in 2001, and attended the Accelerated Universal Banking Program at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore in 2012-2013. She earned her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1995.

Previously she served as Head of Resources Energy and Infrastructure at Australian and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank) (2015-2020), Director of Natural Resources Group Indonesia at Australian and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank) (2013-2015), Team Head of Mining and Energy Group at Bank CIMB Niaga (2010-2013), Vice President for Corporate Banking Group at Bank CIMB Niaga (2007-2010), Relationship Manager of Loan Workout Division at Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) (1999-2004), and Assistant Manager of Investment Banking Department at Ficorinvest Bank (1996-1999).

She was appointed as Director of PT SMI since March 23rd, 2020 pursuant to the Minister of Finance Decree No. 126/KMK.06/2020.

Pradana Murti obtained his Master of Science in Transport Planning from University of Leeds, England in 2003 and Bachelor of Civil Engineering in Transportation from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2002. In 2021, he attended CP3P level foundation, preparation, and execution training held by APMG.

Previously he served as Head of Sustainable Financing Division (2020-2022), Head of Project Development Division (2013-2020), Head of PDF PPP Project Showcase Assignment Work Unit (2011-2013), Senior Manager - Financing and Investment Division (2009-2011) at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) ("PT SMI"). Before joining PT SMI, he served as Consultant at Steer (previously Steer Davies Gleave), UK (2004-2009).

He was appointed as Director of PT SMI since January 17th, 2022 pursuant to Minister of Finance Decree No. 12/ KMK.06/2022. He has also passed and fulfilled the fit and proper test of Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on OJK Board of Commissioners Decree No. KEP-13/KDK.05/2022 dated April 1, 2022.
