PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) as a state-owned enterprises in the Infrastructure Financing business sector under the Ministry of Finance, represented by Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Bogor, will hold a Voluntary Non-Execution Auction of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) assets in the form of equipment and office supplies with details as follows:

Terms and conditions:

  1. Procedures
    The auction will be held using written bids and without the attendance of the bidders. The bidders can participate online through an application available at the domain address https://lelang.go.id. The procedures in participating in the auction should be accessible at bit.ly/caralelang and under “Terms and Conditions” at https://lelang.go.id.
  2. Registration
    Any candidate is required to sign up and activate their account at the previously mentioned domain addresses by recording and uploading a softcopy of their ID and entering their tax identification (NPWP) data and bank account numbers. The candidate might get rejected as a bidder of the auction if they did not upload a softcopy of their ID or their ID is no longer valid, even if their account has been activated/is valid.
  3. Aanwijzing
    Open House or Aanwijzing will be held one day before the auction on Wednesday, 27 January 2021, from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM at Asset Warehouse PT SMI in Depok, Pondok Petir Street No. 168, Sawangan Depok, West Java.
  4. Security Deposit
    1. The bidders are required to transfer a security deposit under these requirements:
      • The amount to be transferred by a bidder must be equal to the amount required by the seller in this auction announcement. It must be transferred in a single payment (not in installments).
      • The security deposit MUST be effectively received by KPKNL no longer than 1 (one) day before the auction.
    2. Each of the bidders’ security deposits will be transferred to their respective Virtual Accounts (VA). VA number can be accessed in the auction status menu at bidder’s domain
      addresses after they have successfully signed up and their data and documents have been verified.
  5. Auction Bid
    In the auction, a bidder can bid with the password of their auction account. Any bid starts with the minimum bid. Any bid can be offered several times, following the stipulated adjustments.
  6. Payment
    The winner of the auction must pay their bid and its duties within 5 (five) workdays after the auction day. If the winner fails to make the payment under the previously mentioned requirements, their security deposit will be transferred to the State Treasury.
