PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) through its Procurement Team shall conduct a prequalification for the Goods/Services Procurement with following conditions: 

1. Work Package 

Name : Provision of Office Renovation Construction Services 

Scope : Provision of PT SMI’s Office Renovation Construction Services 

47th Floor with an area of 2,300 m2 

48th Floor with an area of 470 m2 

Site : PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) 

Jend. Sudirman Rd. No. 86, Central Jakarta 10220 

Sahid Sudirman Center, 47-48th Floors 

Total HPS Value : IDR 14,300,000,000, - Include PPN (fourteen billion three hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) 


2. Registration of Prospective Goods/Services Providers 

This Procurement Process is open to the public; hence, the Prospective Providers meeting the requirements must register on PT SMI Vendor Portal. The registration link is as follows: 



3. Special Requirements for Prospective Goods/Services Providers 

a. The Prospective Providers are required to register until their status is verified. If there are any problems, the Prospective Providers may contact us by email addresses at khairunnisa@ptsmi.co.id, novitasari.dup@ptsmi.co.id and ddkprocurement@ptsmi.co.id

b. The company's financial statements for the last 3 (three) years (2019, 2020, and 2021), preferably audited; 

c. Attachment of the company’s Account Statement for the last 3 (three) consecutive months of December 2021, January 2022, and February 2022; 

d. List of company’s work experience in the field of Office Operational Support (Outsourcing) within the last 3 (three) years (2019, 2020, and 2021). 

e. Additional administrative documents should include: 

i. A Statement of Interest in Prequalification Participation by including the email address and mobile /whatsapp number for correspondence signed by the Head of the company and affixed with the company’s stamp; 

ii. A Statement of Avoidance of Conflict of Interest; 


4. Prequalification Results 

The prequalification selection process shall be carried out by PT SMI Procurement Team which will produce a short list of Prospective Providers who have met the most appropriate qualifications. 


5. Procedure for Prequalification Document Submission 

a. Prequalification Documents should be submitted by email address at ddkprocurement@ptsmi.co.id

b. The Prospective Providers who submit Prequalification Documents must have carried out the registration on PT SMI Vendor Portal until their status is verified. 

c. The deadline for submitting the prequalification documents is effective as of 23rd March 2022 until 1st April 2022 at 23:59; 

d. If the prequalification document submission does not meet the above submission deadline above, the documents will not be opened and will not be processed further.
