Results of the Fit and Proper Test of Member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI on April 1st, 2022

The Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) through the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners Number: KEP-13/KDK.05/2022 dated April 1st, 2022, regarding the results of the Fit and Proper Test of Mr. Pradana Murti as the Candidate Director of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (OJK Decree), which received by PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (“PT SMI”) on April 5th, 2022, approved the appointment of Mr. Pradana Murti as Director of PT SMI.

Appointment of Mr. Pradana Murti as Director of PT SMI has been stipulated by the Minister of Finance, as Shareholder of PT SMI, through the Minister of Finance Decree Number: 12/KMK.06/2022 dated January 17th, 2022.

With the approval of the OJK as above-mentioned, then Mr. Pradana Murti has been effective in carrying out actions, duties, and functions as a member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI, effective as of the date of OJK Decree.

Therefore, the composition of the member of the Board of Directors of PT SMI shall be as follows:
