Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Issues Bonds with 6.97% Interest

PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) will issue bonds of IDR 3.53 trillion. This is the second issuance of the Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Sustainable Bonds III with a total value of IDR 20 trillion.

In the 2022 Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Sustainable Bonds III Phase II, this state-owned company offers a series of bonds with a tenor of three years. Based on the announcement of the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Friday (28/10), SMI offers a fixed interest rate of 6.975% per year for the bonds which will mature on November 8, 2025.

SMI will hold a bond public offering period on 1-3 November 2022. The bond allotment will be set on 4 November. Meanwhile, the distribution of electronic bonds and refunds of orders will be on November 8.

Sarana Multi Infrastruktur will list its bonds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on November 9.

SMI appointed six underwriters for the bond issuance in the second phase of the offering. The six bond underwriters are BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, BCA securities, Indo Premier Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia.

In the first phase on August 5, 2022, SMI issued bonds of IDR 1 trillion. With this second phase of issuance, SMI still has the potential to issue IDR 15.47 trillion.
