The signing of the Syndicated Credit Agreement for the Construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road

PT SMI collaborated with 13 banks to provide financial support to PT Jogjasolo Marga Makmur (JMM) for the construction of Phase I Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road with a length of 49.25 km. From PT SMI, the signing of the syndicated credit agreement was carried out by the Director of Financing & Investment - Sylvi J. Gani witnessed by the Director General of Infrastructure Financing of the Ministry of PUPR - Herry Trisaputra Zuna (23/12).

PT SMI's participation in the construction of this project amounted to IDR 500 billion out of a total project value of IDR 9.89 trillion. This toll road project is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN) which is included in the Trans Java Toll Road.

The benefits of this project are:

• Encouraging increased connectivity in Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang to become one unit.
• Increasing the efficiency of the mobility of people, goods, and services in Central Java and DIY.
• Connecting 3 airports at the same time in Solo, Semarang, and Yogyakarta.
• Improving economic development for connectivity in Indonesia.
